Nonetheless to say #Chiru150 is the remake of Tamil super hit Katthi movie. However, a Telugu writer named N Narasimha Rao raised an issue over the film claiming that Katthi is his story but has been credited as Murugudoss’ story.
The writer did not get any justice in Tamil industry and hence, he fought for his right here in Tollywood when #Chiru150 was officially launched. Narasimha Rao proved that he registered the story with Telugu Film Writers Association long back. Even The Telugu Film Directors Association and the Telugu Film Workers Federation took up the case and stood up for Narasimha Rao’s cause. Well as per latest reports, the issue is finally settled now and the writer will be credited as ‘Rachana Sahakaram’ along with Murugadoss’ name.
Narasimha Rao is a happy man now. Wish he gets more offers after the release of Katthilantodu.
