Though all of you know him as a senior comedian, Ali has made his presence felt as a TV game show host and even as an anchor for many film related events. On the flip side though, Ali was also caught up in few controversies owing to some statements with double entendre.
His target is usually the actresses and given his nature and mindset, many have taken him sportively and enjoyed the humour. However, there are also those who don’t really enjoy such a thing and wait for a chance to give it back. Something like that happened recently.
During the SIIMA (South India International Movie Awards) event held at Singapore, the gracious Suhasini Maniratnam was sharing her thoughts onstage when she reminded that while the efforts to make people laugh is appreciated, it would be nice if people can stay away from cracking dirty jokes on women and kids. Those who heard this felt this was a straight punch to Ali. Wonder what he has to say to it.
