It doesn’t matter how successful, talented or experienced you are in the cinema circuit, you are not allowed to say something against a big superstar. That’s how the industry works. However, here is one senior director who seems to have crossed the line with his statement.
He is none other than Kodandarami Reddy who has given a series of blockbusters during his heydays. Interestingly, Kodandarami Reddy has reportedly commented about megastar Chiranjeevi’s new movie Kathilantodu citing nobody will watch if Chiru does some message oriented role.
Fact of the matter is, Kodandarami Reddy has delivered some big commercial successes with Chiru in the form of Kondaveeti Donga, Challenge and others. While it is not sure with what intent he mentioned this, only time will reveal whether this statement is going to backfire on him or folks will take it easy.
