This weekend has been a galore of small films (except ISM) and yesterday there were five releases altogether. Headed by Kalyan Ram- Puri Jagannadh’s ISM, the other noted films are Rashmi’s Tanu Vachenanta, Nandini Nursing Home, Nara Rohit’s earlier film Shankara and L-7.
Unfortunately, none of the films could make a significant impact on the Box Office. While ISM got mixed reviews, Nandini Nursing Home got positive reviews. But because of poor publicity and less promotions, the film cannot survive except for word of mouth publicity.
Shankara also got mediocre feedback for being a poor remake of the original and Tanu Vachenanta, L-7 shifted to the background for its below average talk. All in all, it is a testing time for small films in Tollywood!
