Sentiment, this is one word which literally rules the film fraternity and as much as some among you would like to give it the least importance, the same is not the case with the cine folks. The reason being, sentiment has brought them more success.
Now, an interesting pattern has emerged in the list of winners of the Nandi Awards. Apparently, the awards for the best films have been announced and they are Minugurulu (2011), Midhunam (2012), Mirchi (2013). If you notice, all these titles have M as the starting letter.
As a result, this has become a sentiment and some directors are thinking of putting titles with M as the starting letter and they are already registering these titles at the Film Chamber. That’s how the power of sentiment flows in the industry folks.
