You would come across many instances wherein you notice a generation gap between yourselves and the generation elder to you. This becomes more in an industry like cinema where elements like glamour, skin show, religious references and others come into place.
However, what do you do when old people start coming up with revolutionary thoughts. This is happening now in Bollywood with the oldies waging a war against the censor rules. Recently, a committee formed by Shyam Benegal recommended few changes on the censor policies.
Now, senior actor/director Amol Palekar has urged that the changes need to be made and freedom of expression must not be curtailed. If new people say something like this it is understood but if the super seniors and oldies think like this, it is indeed revolutionary. Let us see how the censor responds.
