We are talking about the management behind SIIMA. Recently, a short film award competition was held and all those who won awards in this event are now getting a chance. The SIIMA bosses have come up with a route map wherein they will work with the best director award winners for Kannada and Telugu.
They would be getting opportunities and the whole initiative is happening in collaboration with Eros of Mumbai. It is a really good thing that SIIMA is giving back to the industry. All these years they were giving awards and now they are picking up talent, encouraging them, investing on them and giving them visibility. This act is garnering lot of appreciation.
