Mahesh Babu’s latest offering Spyder is creating a new benchmark for the Telugu films in the pre-release business sector. Already Spyder is being released as a bilingual setting up the new economics in the trade circles.
Well, the trade circles confirming the Mahesh’s Spyder film made a pre-release business of Rs 156 Cr and it includes audio rights as well. Actually, Spyder movie minted Rs 33 Cr for the satellite rights (all the versions) and overseas theatrical rights for Rs 23 Cr.
This number will be a sheer example for Superstar Mahesh’s stamina at the box office and hope the film does well as per the pre-release expectations. Meanwhile, Mahesh Babu’s grand entry into Tamil industry is planned with a big event in Chennai on September 9 as Baahubali's director SS Rajamouli, Robo director Shankar Shanmugam are expected to grace the event.
Coming to the Telugu version of promotions, it is confirmed that a pre-release event is to take place at Shilpa Kala Vedhika, Hyderabad on 15th of September. All set for the pre-release event amidst huge gala and festivity. Mahesh Babu, Namrata, Super Star Krishna, Vijaya Nirmala along with the movie's cast and crew are supposed to grace the event.
