Whenever a big movie is on the anvil it is only the big banners and big production houses that come forward to do the business. However, it is also true that these big investors should also be prepared to take the blow if the film bombs. One film has put a huge tension on a big giant.
The Zee group is quite big across India and they have often vied for big star movies for telecasting in their TV channels. As part of that, it is heard that Zee had bought Spyder featuring superstar Mahesh Babu for a whopping 25 crores. Incidentally, the film has turned out to be a colossal disaster.
As a result it is heard that the Zee folks are in a dilemma as to what would be the outcome once the film is aired on their channel. Some are also mentioning that Zee is considering selling the film to someone else. As such, Mahesh has strong following among the home audience so hope that helps.
