It doesn’t matter which form it comes but entertainment is always key for the audience who come to the theatres. Generally, the south folks don’t touch the satirical genre but whenever they do the response has been overwhelming. Of course, even if they do, it is always in the film industry or some particular film celebrities.

However, one film is now preparing to hit the floors and it is catching the attention of the entire south circuit. We are talking about the Tamil movie ‘Tamizh Padam 2.0’ featuring Mirchi Shiva as the hero. This is touted to be a political satire and the first poster itself raked huge controversy and sensation because it indicates Paneerselvam doing meditation in front of Jayalalithaa’s grave.

Sources from Chennai reveal this movie is going to be along the lines of the first edition wherein it was a mix of all movies into one. This time it is going to be a cocktail of all political parties and their speeches as well as activities into one. This is indeed an innovative thought and would receive maximum patronage given the current political conditions in Tamil Nadu. Buzz is that this movie is expected in Telugu as well with some changes in the script. As such, the first part came as ‘Sudigadu’ in Telugu and it gave the hero Allari Naresh a new title as ‘Sudden Star’.
