Ram Charan and Upasana visited an orphanage for differently-abled kids. Upasana shared a story about the experience their via her Twitter. Her caption seems like a hint she has given to the mega power fans. There are talks that Ram Charan is to play the role of Chitti Babu who has hearing-disorder in the movie Rangasthalam 1985.
