The name Janaganamana may not ring a bell but if you had followed the articles about a year ago that would give you the story. Apparently, speed director Puri Jagannadh had planned to do a movie titled ‘Janaganamana’ and it grabbed a lot of attention because Puri planned to do it with superstar Mahesh Babu.
For some reason, that association didn’t happen and Puri went on to do ‘Paisa Vasool’ and eventually his current project ‘Mehbooba’. But now I look like this project may happen with Victory Venkatesh. Sources reveal Venky has okayed this project and he would take it to the floors after he wraps up his current project.
This is going to be a crucial project for both Venky and Puri because both have been reeling under a spate of flops. At the same time, Venky is leaving long gaps between his projects which is disappointing his fans. For now, ‘Janaganamana’ looks set and it is expected to take off in the month of May.
