Though it is more than 24 hours since it has happened there are many who refuse to believe the Athiloka Sundari Sridevi is no more. This is going to remain for some more time because that’s the kind of impact she has created and the adulation she received from the Telugu people. Now, many aspects of Sridevi are being discussed.
In that, many are talking about the last movie of Sridevi in Telugu. Well, it happens to be SP Parasuram’ which came way back in 1994. After this film, Sridevi moved to Bollywood and never looked towards the south. Incidentally, she started her second innings in 2012 and her movie ‘English Vinglish’ came as a dubbed movie in Telugu.
If she had done the magnum opus ‘Baahubali’ it would have been different because she was approached for the role of Sivagami by the tough taskmaster S S Rajamouli. Many are now saying it was a mindblowing character for Sridevi’s range and that would have been the perfect adieu from her side.
