We have often stressed on how social media is a very important platform for the film celebrities because that brings them closer to their fans and offers a personal space to interact with them. Even the fans can know what is happening in the celebrity’s lives along with the movies they are doing and other activities.
However, it appears that an overdose of everything is not good. Reports are coming that some of the film celebrities are reaching the ‘Vairagyam’ stage regarding the social media and they want to go off the grid. Entities like Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat have been the sought-after platforms for many celebs.
But now they are saying that they want to come out of everything. Already there is enough storm brewing over the data privacy issue on Facebook and few celebs are deleting their profiles. But more than that, it is the boredom and vexation of constantly trying to make some noise which is annoying them. That’s why some people are quitting.
