The concept of records being set by big stars is quite common but when young heroes who are in tier two end up doing something unique, it is worth discussing. Right now, it appears the vibrant hero Nikhil Siddharth may have done something special which has become a discussion in the Filmnagar circles.

According to reports, Nikhil’s next happens to be a movie named ‘Mudhra’ and this is the remake of the Tamil movie ‘Kanithan’ which became a big hit. Sources reveal the TV rights for the Telugu and Hindi versions have been taken by Star MAA for a whopping 5.5 crores. Here comes the interesting part, the film is yet to be launched.

This is perhaps the first time that a movie’s rights have been taken even before they commenced. Whether that is true or not, it is certainly the first time for Nikhil and it is indeed a new record by this young hero. Buzz is that the story revolves around an aspiring journalist and it is touted to be a thriller of sorts.
