There is a strong belief among the Telugu audience that Bollywood music directors don’t have the taste of nativity to compose for Telugu movies. There is also an impression that they can’t score like rock star Devi Sri Prasad or the thumping beat man S S Thaman. In a way, they cannot be debated because statistics also point in that direction only.

However, one set of Bollywood music directors have proved everyone wrong. They are the duo of Vishal-Shekar who has been roped in for the movie ‘Naa Peru Surya’ featuring stylish star Allu Arjun. When their names were announced, many were apprehensive as to why them and how they would score because Bunny’s movies have good chartbusters.

However, the jukebox has come out and by composing some really good tunes, Vishal-Shekar have proved why they were handpicked. Tracks like ‘Sainika..’ ‘Beautiful love…’ have already struck a chord with the public while ‘Lover also, fighter also…’is climbing the charts. Overall, a fabulous job was done by the Bollywood music directors!
