Kindly excuse us, we are still in a dissonance of what facet of Nagarjuna Akkineni can we speak about because -

He’s an Actor...

He’s a Producer…

He’s a Businessman…

He’s the T’town one and only Cupid…

And he’s our beloved KING”!

He’s not just a star-kid who could sit pretty in a baap ka shop business! He is a pioneer in fact! Basically he’s a man who loves ‘wheels and motion’ and that is why, to the industry that was peacefully crawling on a cartwheel he put on the first gear with Shiva (1989).  He kept on applying gears and kept raising the bar whenever Telugu cinema was on a ‘luna’ pace.

He likes to do what the world warns him of and post that he gives that typical ‘Conqueror-smile’ which hurts the latter’s ego like hell! Geethanjali, Govinda Govinda, Antham, Ninne Pelladutha, Super are a few to mention. And can you propose an alternative to the epic characters like ‘Annamayya’ and ‘Sri Rama Dasu’? We bet on that! Now where’s the scope for the critiques and naysayers?!

Ok it would take hours to describe the ‘actor’ Nag but what keeps us wondering is that how could he apparently win the patent for ‘Midas touch’ [Till now, we thought only Midas and ‘Dil’ Raju were sharing it!]. While we are still wondering how he is growing ever smart with his age running down every changing calendar, he unveils the ‘smart businessman’ dimension to the world. Being an active member in the Mahi Racing Team India [a motorcycle racing team founded by Indian cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni], he has encouraged his team to win two consecutive races at the recent edition of the World Supersport Championship in Motorland Aragon, Spain – What’s the big deal…he just transferred his positive vibes and energy to the team! But the sportsphilic in him hasn’t rested – here comes Nag cheering up his ‘Mumbai Masters’ team along with the legendary Sunil Gavaskar in the happening edition of Indian Badminton League (IBL). And on top of he is expanding his Media School [Akkineni International School of Film and Media] and paving a better path for the aspirant lot. He has proven that he is a visionary and pioneer by signing a MoU with Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts University (JNAFAU) that offers a better scope and space for knowledge seeking.

Well, if you are about to conclude that he is just any other ‘money-maniac’, let us tell you he is the co-founder of Blue Cross of Hyderabad, a non-government organization (NGO) in Hyderabad which works towards the welfare of animals and preservation of animal rights and is associated with many other philanthropic activities that seek no publicity.

Such a man beyond description and adjectives is our SENSATIONAL STAR OF THE WEEK and we love writing about him!
