September 22nd - First half of Attarintiki Daredi leaked online!

September 27th – Grand worldwide release amid agitations in AP state!

October 22nd – The movie was declared as the new All-Time industry hit in TFI.

In just a month, entire statistics of TFI has been re-written by Power Star Pawan Kalyan. His cult following in Tollywood won over the Piracy bug and the actor’s stamina also surpassed the turmoil in state who were agitating for the past 2 months.

Starting with Piracy bug prior to release, Pawan’s AD turned out as a topper in the history of Telugu Film Industry in this week. This development still amazed everyone as to how a single man’s craze can keep cash registers ringing like never-before, regardless of piracy links. According to the Trade reports, the movie is all set to collect 100 Crore money at box-office.

And in this week, Pawan was also seen in the media for the rumours that he along with his brother Naga Babu are joining Telugu Desam Party. This political heat made the industry quite nervous and more importantly Mega fans were shocked. There were also news that Pawan met Nandamuri Balakrishna recently and held discussions about their entry into the party. But no one from TDP claimed this however they welcomed both the Mega Brothers if they had interest. Just when these rumours were gaining importance, Naga Babu released a press note that he and Pawan are very much busy with their profession and are not joining any party.

As usual Power Star who always keeps himself away from rumours did not even bother to comment on this baseless news. But many from the Industry stated that things between the Mega Brothers are not going well. Pawan’s silence is the only weapon and answer to every rumour that attaches him to it and that’s why Power Star is our Sensational Star of the Week.
