Top Tollywood Events of 2014

Tollywood calendar of this year is filled with full of events and here are the major highlights of those events.
CCL Cricket match:
Celebrity cricket league is the most anticipated event of this year. In 2013 Tollywood Warriors has lost the match to Karnataka Bulldozers. Victory Venkatesh is the captain of Telugu warriors.
ALS Ice Bucket challenge:
To promote awareness of the disease Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis and encourage donations for the research, one has to participate in ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. Many Tollywood celebrities enthusiastically participated in it and encouraged others to participate in it. Hansika, Ileana, Charmi, Lakshmi Manchu, Anchor Anasuya, Colors Swathi, Nikhil… many more took the ice bucket challenge and uploaded their videos in You Tube.
Swachh Bharat (Clean India):
Swachh Bharat Abhiyan or Clean India Mission was launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the occasion of October 2nd, Gandhi Jayanthi. This mission has gone viral all over India and well received. Tollywood celebrities also participated in clean India campaign. Among Tollywood celebrities, Balakrishna, Nagarjuna, Naga Chaitanya, Ram, Tamanna, Samantha… many others actively participated in Swachh Bharat and also encouraged others to participate in it.
Memu Saitham -- Hudhud cyclone relief fund:
Vizag is the first city to be directly hit by the cyclone named Hudhud. This cyclone created a huge impact on Vizag, which is hard to digest. Beautiful city has turned upside down with Hudhud cyclone effect. Telugu film industry has decided to help Vizag in the form of MemuSaitham and raise funds for the victims.
All the stars of Tollywood actively participated in Memu Saitham and entertained the audience with live performances during the event. Samantha interview with Trivikram and Mahesh Babu, Bahubali teams special skit, Dine with stars, cricket with stars, Mega Draw and Tambola dance show are the highlights of the event. Relief fund received from the event and donors is presented to honorable AP chief minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu.
