Commercial scripts are often considered the safest bet for retrieving the money at box office. This is the reason why many films in Tollywood follow a particular template. But times have changed and if there is nothing substantial then even the best of stars can do nothing. This was understood when the film Shivam released. Despite the presence of energetic star Ram and the cutie beauty Rashi Khanna, the film crashed right on its day of release and it became the worst disaster. This is certainly a wakeup call for Ram and his choice of scripts.
