A well known film which can be named in this context is the 2009 film Arundhati. This film portrays the character of a queen who gave up her life to save her people. Very recently, some more telegu actress has again taken the initiative to do some more women centric films. A well known director Anil has started a film on the famous beauty of the 80’s who had stolen many hearts and still is very famous after her death. She is none other than Silk Smitha or Vijaylakshmi. The lead role will be portrayed by Sana Khan and the others by some quite known faces. This film will be entirely on the real life of the actress but not how she was on screen. Many other actresses like Nayanthara, Charmi, Anoushka s well as Priyamani is also very keen in doing such films.
