Prabhu Deva rejects NTR’s offer

It is not an unknown fact that legendary Indian dancer, choreographer and entertainer Prabhu Deva is a fan of NTR Jr’s dancing skills. Since the past few days, various reports surfacing stated that Prabhu Deva will be composing dance moves for ‘Janatha Garage’, an upcoming film of NTR. However, recent reports suggest otherwise. Prabhu Deva has seemingly turned down the offer to do the job for NTR. One of the reasons might be that Prabhu Deva does not compose dance moves for any films anymore and is only seen doing so for specifically those movies that he directs himself.

However, as Prabhu Deva decided not to join the Janatha Garage team, Raju Sundaram, who is his younger brother has stepped up and taken the job. Reports are stating that the song for the opening sequence in the film ‘Janatha Garage’ will be shot in the ‘City of Dreams’ Mumbai. NTR is playing the role of an IITian from IIT Mumbai in the film so IIT Mumbai has been chosen as the location for the shooting of the song. ‘Janatha Garage’ also features two actresses Samantha and Nithya Menen together as leading ladies. Even Mohanlal is said to be acting in a highly crucial role in the film. The movie is directed by Koratala Siva and is being produced by C.V. Mohan, Naveen Yerneni and Y. Ravi Shankar under the banner Mythri Movie Makers and is expected to release on August 12, this year and features other actors like Devayani, Saikumar, Rahman and Sithara.

His debut as a choreographer was in the film ‘Vetri Vizha’ twenty seven years ago and since then he has contributed in ninety nine films as a choreographer.
