Akineni Naga Chaitanya and Samantha were married earlier this month. But there were a ton of rumours and speculation on their marriage. People were so sure that Samantha’s parents did not approve of this wedding and that is the reason why their marriage was so low key.
In one of the interviews, Samantha clears all and any speculations about their marriage. She says that Naga Chaitanya was her best friend and they were friends from the first movie they did together (“Ee Maya Chesave”). Also, she admits that her parents were always supportive and felt good about her relationship with Chaitanya.
She also adds that her parents are unaware of most of her cinema career. She says that they prefer to lead a simple life. That is one of the reasons why the wedding was so low key.
Having rumours floating around the newly married couple is annoying and this statement does really clear everything.
