After having a fantastic run at the box office with the baahubali series, Telugu superstar Prabhas is all set to bring out his next action thriller ‘Saaho’. The movie is expected to be a modern action thriller which will be having some daredevil stunts.
The duo of Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor will be playing the lead roles in the movie. The shooting has begun in Mumbai for the movie. Actor Neil Nitin Mukesh who is also a part of the movie shared on Instagram about the beginning of the shooting of the movie in Mumbai along with a picture. The actor captioned the picture as ‘Finally action time in Mumbai’.
The movie will be Shraddha kapoor’s debut movie in the Telugu movies.

The movie has been written and directed by Sujeeth. The shooting of the movie began in June 2017. Apart from Prabhas, Shraddha Kapoor and Neil Nitin Mukesh, the movie also has other prominent actors such as Evelyn Sharma, Arun Vijay, Chunky Pandey, Jackie Shroff, Mandira Bedi, Aditya Srivastava, Vennela Kishore and Murli Sharma. The music for the movie has been done by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy.
The budget of the movie is 300 crores. It is going to be shot in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
Expectations around telugu movie Saaho
The movie has already been a subject of discussion among cinema enthusiasts after its first look poster was released on the 23 October 2017. The second teaser of the movie was released on the 23 October 2018. The releases are done on the same date as it is Prabhas’ birthday. The making and footages of a car chase scene were released to the audience in its first look.
The shooting locations for the movie Include Hyderabad, Mumbai, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Romania. Saaho also has some underwater shots for which Prabhas had learnt to scuba dive.
The movie is expected to be released on the 15th of August 2019.
