Lakshyam story at a glance
Bose (Jagapati Babu) is a sincere police officer and Chandu (Gopichand) is his younger brother. Shankar (Yashpal Yadav) is an intelligent criminal who evades cops with his knowledge in law. In the process, he eliminates Bose and the rest of the story is all about how Chandu avenges his brother's death.
