Anjali is back in news. Saidapet Court in Chennai has issued non bailable arrest warrant against actress Anjali after she failed to honor court summons several times. Director Kalanjiyam had earlier filed a defamation compliant against Anjali and the court had summoned her to appear before the court on September 12th. She failed to appear before the court at the stipulated time and ended up getting a non-bailable warrant.
Few months ago, Anjali went missing from a hotel in Hyderabad. She alleged that her aunt and uncle with the help of director Kalanjiyam tortured her and had been bugging her for money. Finally, the drama ended when she returned after a week. Later Kalanjiyam filed a defamation case on Anjali for allegedly dragging his name into their family and personal matters.
