The Enigma of NTR is still high

Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao, who was a big cheese in Tollywood industry is still said to be the apple of many people’s eye.

A hardcore fan of Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao named Putchakayala Chandramouli; an Assistant Executive Engineer in ONGC has made use of visual medium to spread a message to AP masses about the ongoing agitations.

Mr. Chandramouli, a desperate follower of Rama Rao has launched an audio visual campaign with NTR songs titled “Kalasi vunte kaladu sukham”. He released two posters and a CD by highlighting the unique features in NTR films. One poster showing NTR as Lord Sri Krishna in “Sri Krishna Pandaveeyam” and the other as Dhuryodhana in ‘Dana Veera Soora Karna’.

Chandramouli has named his house as “Taraka Rama Nilayam” and dedicated an entire floor in his house for NTR Library and named it as “Nataratna Kala Mandir”. The Kakinada resident conserved the 16 year’s collection of NTR albums and all the old posters of NTR films. He also preserved 302 original CDs of NTR films from Mana Desam (1949) to Srinath Kavi Sarvabhouma (1993) and 1,300 CD’s of yesteryear actors. His album of rare cassettes also entered Limca, India, Telugu Book of Records.

Mr. Chandramouli was also awarded for his social service activities that include training to children in dance and drama.
