Producers convincing Upendra?

You should be aware of the popular saying “Make hay while the sun shines” which directly indicates that you make the best when you are in demand. In other words, this also means that you can demand only when you are in demand.

Kannada star actor and director Upendra is still the undisputed King of Sandalwood. So, you might be wondering about his demand in Tollywood. But here the context is entirely different.

It is known news that Upendra can be doing a crucial role in Trivikram-Bunny project. The latest we hear about this is that Uppi is demanding Rs.2 crores for the role which the producer BVSN Prasad cannot approve of. On the other hand, director Trivikram is very particular about casting Upendra for the role. According to insider reports, currently trails are on to negotiate remuneration terms with Uppi and convince him for this role.

Trivikram has introduced Boman Irani for the crucial grandpa role in AD – a character which actually triggers off the entire story. So, he should be having a meaty role for Upendra too. Let’s see if this Kannada star will step down for the sake of a worthy character or will the producers step down and offer the demanded amount to satisfy Trivikram!
