The world of music is vast and though there are thousands of talented musicians, each day new tune and music comes up to delight the people. And then there are those times when certain songs are taken as inspiration and new tunes are recreated from them. It could happen to even the top league music makers as well.

That is the talk which emerged in few chat forums on the Madras Mozart AR Rahman. Apparently, those who saw the latest release Ok Bangaram were referring to the song ‘Raara aatagaada…’ which came during the starting titles and feel Rahman has taken inspiration from a gangster rap song.

Well, the source for the background beats and some part of the tune seems to be an inspiration from the song ‘Crossroads…’ which was crooned by the group Bone Thugs N Harmony. But Rahman was sensible to add his touch and tuning to it so overall, the song is getting a very good response from the youngsters so the source is not really a matter to them.
