Megastar Chiranjeevi is in war footing about planning for his anticipated 150th film as it would be a remarkable comeback for him as an actor from politics. The buzz about this project has been going on since few months and sadly the film hasn’t officially begun yet. While Chiranjeevi initially thought of working on a full length mass entertainer, now he is in two minds!
It is a well known fact that Vijay’s Tamil blockbuster Kaththi was considered to be remade in Telugu with either Pawan Kalyan or Jr.NTR in the lead but somehow didn’t work out. The film has a great subject dealing with agricultural problems and struggles of farmers. Now, Chiranjeevi’s close associate Tagore Madhu already has remake rights of this flick and Megastar is seriously considering to remake it for the strong subject!
Chiru obviously feels the subject of Kaththi would give him the ample mileage not only as an actor but also in political front. However, he is already in discussions with hard hitting director Puri Jagannadh who is yet to write an impressive second half for the Megastar. If Puri manages to do it, Chiru might edge on an entertainer otherwise Kaththi remake would have Chiranjeevi in all probability!
