However he is into headlines for personal reasons. Vinayak has reportedly sold off his bungalow worth Rs 20Cr in filmnagar and is apparently looking to sell his VMax theater as well. Vinayak is selling off the assets owing to sentimental issues but not due to any losses, according to sources close to the director.
VV Vinayak is a well settled director and he is now residing in a rented house only to move into yet another bungalow that might bring in more fortunes for him this calendar.
