While we were buy celebrating Oopiri all over, on the other part of the world, Sunny Leone made headlines with a controversy.
There were rampant reports in a national media that Sunny Leone slapped a news channel journalist in Surat, Gujarat. Going into the details, Sunny & her husband Daniel Weber were in Surat (Gujarat) the other day to participate in ‘Holi with Sunny’ event and later that day, a reporter (of a national news channel) has asked her ‘how much she would charge for night programs?’ while talking to her in a star hotel. Enraged by that lewd question, Sunny slapped the journalist in front of the hotel staff, stated the reports.
But the truth lies that Sunny hasn’t slapped any journalist and it was completely a false story carried by the national media.
Sunny’s husband Daniel Weber also clarified on the issue stating “Sunny has given an apt reply to the reporter so we are not filing any police complaint. The organizers were also college kids so we do not want their careers to be damaged. But henceforth, Sunny will think a thousand times before coming to Gujarat.”
The concerned news media even promised to publish an apology for such a false story. In spite of the entire hullabaloo, Sunny has been a true professional who performed at the event later.
