The most handsome actor of the Kollywood arena Arvind Swami was on a hiatus from acting until he bagged the chance to act in the sensational action flick Thani Oruvan. His portrayal as the evil antagonist in the film earned him much appreciation. He is also acting in the Telugu remake of Thani Oruvan named Dhruva opposite Ram Charan for the same role.
The actor recently made some shocking comments on award functions via his Social Media handle. He said that award functions have become a joke these days where the actors lack conviction to attend them and take the award in person.
He also commented that there is no proper system in selecting the best out of nominations and the concept of having polls for selection sounds downright funny. A quirky Arvind Swami even said that the award can be just given to anybody they like!
