Pullela Gopichand has been responsible for coming up with world class badminton players like Saina Nehwal, Kidambi Srikanth and PV Sindhu. And now, due to Sindhu’s victory in the Olympic games, Gopichand’s demand as a coach has shot up to the sky.
He has got his badminton academy in Hyderabad and reports say there has been a flood of enquiries seeking admission into the academy. Given his focus and dedication towards the game, India is blessed to have someone like Gopichand taking badminton forward.
