Ilayathalapathy Vijay's Mersel hit the screens today, as it is a Diwali release. The movie is receiving a hit talk with praises pouring in. Mersel, being the most anticipated movie got released today worldwide.
The Telugu dubbed version titled Adirindhi was supposed to hit the theaters today as well. Under the banner Northstar Entertainment, the movie has got issues regarding the censorship in Telugu. The next release date is not clear yet. Vijay fans are very upset over the delay of the movie Adirindhi. Mersel opened with great response at the box office with heavy bookings.
Adirindhi is directed by Atlee and Anirudh Ravichander has provided the music for this movie. Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Kajal Agarwal, Nithya Menon, and SJ Surya play important roles in this action movie.
