They belong to two different generations and two completely opposite fields so you might be wondering how can they have something in common. Well, this common aspect happens to be the films based on their life. We are talking about badminton icon Pullela Gopichand and the great N T Rama Rao and their biopics.

Coming to the common point, reports now reveal the biopic of Gopichand is going to be made in two parts as the makers felt there is too much of content which cannot be missed. The shooting is scheduled to commence in the month of December and muscular man Sudheer Babu would be essaying this titular role.

This approach is quite similar to the makers of the biopic on N T Rama Rao as they are also releasing it in two parts. If either of these two biopics works at the box office, very soon we would start having biopic flicks coming in not one but two parts. Gopichand’s biopic is being helmed by the national award winner Praveen Sattaru.
