The term Maharshi refers to the man who has withdrawn from all materialistic and worldly things and focuses only on attaining enlightenment through meditation and penance. In this process, he also gains few powers which normal humans don’t. Given this description, you might be wondering if superstar Mahesh Babu would do the same.
Well, the title of his next movie is ‘Maharshi’ and though it does sound spiritual it is heard that Mahesh Babu is going to be the complete opposite. According to the unit members, Mahesh is going to be seen as the owner of a software firm which is based in the USA. True to that, an extensive part of the shooting is taking place there.
While it is not sure whether the story is going to bring Mahesh to India or not, it is being revealed he would be seen in various stages of his life right from the college student to an entrepreneur. This sounds more like the journey of an individual and hence this title. The film is being helmed by the extravagant director Vamshi Paidipally.
