In what can be called as the first of its kind genre which is being attempted in the history of Telugu cinema, the new movie ‘Antariksham 9000 Kmph’ featuring Mega Prince Varun Tej has a special place. It is the first ever movie being made in space genre in Telugu. The man to do that is director Sankalp Reddy of ‘Ghazi’ fame.

Now, an interesting update has arrived regarding the storyline. It is heard that the movie’s main backdrop is Sriharikota Space Centre but more than that, most of the story takes place in outer space. Apparently, Varun is an astronaut who undertakes a very risky mission because it is a matter of the nation’s pride.

Some are also saying it would have some riveting moments like the Hollywood flick ‘Gravity’ but Sankalp has created his own drama and emotion in this story. The film also has the royal Hyderabadi beauty Aditi Rao Hydari as the leading lady. Well, it looks like this is more of a screenplay based movie.
