Actor Akkineni Nagarjuna was recently seen in videos which were going viral from Rajamouli’s son Karthikeya’s wedding which happened in Jaipur. He attended the wedding with wife Amala and son Akhil and even shared their photographs on his Twitter handle, where he wished his fans a very Happy New Year.

Well, the latest news is that the actor’s Tamil film, which is being directed by Dhanush is in trouble now. Though his other films in Hindi and Malayalam are going smooth, it is the Tamil film that is not working due to budget constraints. The makers are now asking Dhanush to cut down on almost Rs 50 crores on the budget on whole.

The intention of the makers is not to make the film in a figure that is recoverable from the box office. So that is why there is no update on the film as of now. This project is a period drama where Nagarjuna will be playing a role which belongs to the history, almost 6oo to 800 years old. 

This film also has Aditi Rao Hydari, Srikanth, SJ Suryah, Sarath Kumar and Dhanush in lead roles.
