Noted film actor Prakash Raj has emerged as one of the tallest actors in India with several award-winning performances. From the last couple of years, the actor has been questioning the government faults in the name of 'Just Asking' on Twitter and also voicing out his political opinions.

The terrific actor also adopted a village in Kondareddipally village of Keshampet manual, Mahaboobagar district and is working for its development in all possible ways. On the occasion of the new year 2019, Prakash Raj took to his Twitter page to announce his political entry this year. The popular artist declared his new beginning in politics saying that he will be fighting this year's Lok Sabha election as an independent candidate. However, he didn't disclose from which constituency he will be contesting.

Wishing the followers a happy new year, Prakash Raj said: "HAPPY NEW YEAR TO EVERYONE..a new beginning .. more responsibility.. with UR support I will be contesting in the coming parliament elections as an INDEPENDENT CANDIDATE.
