Lawrence To Make Bollywood Debut!

After entering films as a dance choreographer, Raghava Lawrence has turned into an actor and finally made a name for himself as a director. With the super hit 'Kanchana' franchise, Raghava Lawrence has scared the audiences in theatres.

Now, he is set to make his debut in Bollywood with the genre (horror-comedy) that has put him to fame. Clubbing both the first part 'Muni' and its sequel 'Kanchana', Lawrence is developing a single script to make his first Hindi project with none other than Akshay Kumar. Lawrence, who directed Muni in 2007, came up with the sequel- Kanchana (2011), and since then there is no stopping for his series. The Kanchana franchise generates huge curiosity among the audiences as caters both horror and comedy together. The series has collected huge moolah in Tollywood & Kollywood.

Now, the dance choreographer cum actor cum filmmaker has reportedly got a nod from Akshay Kumar, who'd like to feature in a horror comedy after a slew of serious movies. In the past, Akshay had the experience remaking successful South films - Thuppakki, Vikramarkudu and Pammal K Sambandam.

As per our sources, this film may hit floors in April and currently, the casting team is finalizing rest of the actors.
