According to the sources, Anushka Shetty has taken up a physical program called 'Holistic Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine' to achieve a new makeover.

Her sudden transformation is both shocking and surprising her fans as Anushka Shetty was looking normal at her last public appearance- SS Rajamouli son's wedding in Jaipur. On the work front, she's signed a film which is going to be bankrolled by writer and producer Kona Venkat. The movie will kick off in the next few weeks.
