NTR Mahanayakudu will be releasing on 22of February and till now there is no major promotional event from the movie team. But, director Krish has given an interview to one of the newspapers and talked about the movie and rumours which surrounded him.

Krish said that it is Balakrishna's idea of making two parts of the biopic and it was decided before Krish entered into the project. There were some rumours that all is not well between the director and Balakrishna for which Krish has given clarification. " We both are good friends and there is no truth in the rumours," he said.

Rumours apart, the advance booking status is pretty dull and looks like the first day collections will be very low comparing with NTR Kathanayakudu.
