Bollywood beauty Deepika Padukone’s latest venture Chhapaak has come with its first look, which is now making headlines because of de-glamour look of lead actress Deepika. It is not new for Deepika to portray a different role, but this time it is something more special.

Chhapaak is all about Acid attack victim Laxmi Agarwal and Deepika is very confident about this flick. ‘It is a very special film for me. Chhapaak is not just a movie. it is all about a victim turned fighter women’ Deepika Padukone said in an interview recently.

“The beauty of fighting spirit attracted me a lot. Not only Laxmi, but there are also many victims in India. Many have lost their lives, but Laxmi like fighter are still fighting for their rights. That’s why I said it is my best ever look” Deepika turned emotional.

Directed by Meghna Gulzar, Chhapak is slated for release on Jan 10, 2020. The role, Malti will be very special in Deepika Padukone’s career not only because of de-glamour getup but also for loving the character, makers of Chhapaak concluded.
