Big releases of this week are Lakshmi’s NTR and Suryakantham. While Lakshmi’s NTR has already got much in political circles, Suryakantham is appealing to class audiences with its clean stuff.

Directed by maverick director Ram Gopal Varma, Lakshmi’s NTR gets so much of attention from audiences and it will surely hit box office very well on its first day, trade pundits are expecting very big from it. However, Lakshmi’s NTR has not much star value in terms of star casting. One and only publicity factor for Lakshmi’s NTR is ‘political heat’ and there is no doubt about it. When it comes to Suryakantham, it is looking like a cool entertainer. The major attracting factor of Surykantham is none other than its leading actress Niharika Konidela. Though she tasted bitter result with her previous flicks, the pre-release buzz of Suryakantham reaches its top. So, we can expect reasonable openings from Suryakantham. Directed by Praneeth, Suryakantham also has Rahul Vijay as a love interest for Niharika.

More advantage for Suryakantham is ‘Rowdies’, because Rowdy hero Vijay Deverakonda lends his support to Suryakantham by attending its pre-release function, which was held recently. However, many from Tollywood are expecting ‘very big’ from both the movies. In this dry season, we hope both will bag ‘big’.
