After back to back flops finally Sai Dharam Tej has tasted sweet result with his recent release Chitralahari and it is still making some good noise at the box office. As per trade reports it is already declared as a hit film and it is the first profitable venture after a long time for producers of SDT.
On the other hand, Sai Dharam Tej is gearing up for his next project, which will be in the direction of Maruti. It is known that Maruti is a specialist in doing comedy entertainers and for SDT to he has penned a full length entertainer, sources revealed. Grapevine is, Kannada beauty Rashmika Mandanna is the first choice for SDT – Maruti combo and director Maruti has already approached Rashmika, but she said ‘no’ because of ‘already signed commitments’ of her. However, it is learnt that Maruti still has two other options and one of them will be finalized soon.
Rashmika is eagerly waiting for her next release Dear Comrade, in which Vijay Deverakonda is playing the main lead. It is known that Nithin’s next Bheeshma has Rashmika in the female lead.
