It is known that Arjun Reddy, which was directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga is being remade in Tamil as Aditya Varma. Earlier it was titled as Varma and of course it was filmed and with various reasons, makers of Varma have shelved the project and have started again it's shooting with Aditya Varma title.

Dhruv Vikram (Son of Tamil hero Vikram) is romancing Banita Sandhu for Aditya Varma. Earlier Dhruv has romanced Megha Chowdary for Varma, but she was replaced with newcomer Banita Sandhu for its new version Aditya Varma. On the other hand, to encash the popularity of ‘Arjun Reddy’ name and Vijay Deverakonda’s popularity, one of the Tamil producers has acquired the rights of ‘Dwaraka’ and named it in Tamil as Arjun Reddy.

However, Arjun Reddy aka Dwaraka went disaster in Tamilnadu which is very shocking thing to fans of VDK. Directed by Srinivas Ravindra, Dwaraka, has Vijay Deverakonda and Pooja Jhaveri main leads.
