The filmmakers, these days, know they need an appealing content to pull off an attractive film which can grab the attention of viewers. Aadai, a Tamil drama thriller, featuring Amala Paul in the lead has got its trailer launched on Saturday. The film directed by Rathna Kumar presented Amala as an independent girl named 'Kamini'.

Having a great penchant for parties and betting, she lives her life in her own terms. But, there is an attention grabbing element in the trailer which is now a subject of discussion on social media. A scene where in Amala Paul kissing VJ Ramya (her colleague) during a party, tells you lot about the kind of character the actress has played. But, it is highly exploded on Internet and turned out as a talking point.

The film was bankrolled by Viji Subramanian and it is slated for worldwide release on July 19th. The music for Aadai has been taken care by singer Pradeep Kumar’s band- Oorga. Bollywood top director Anurag Kashyap, who released the trailer, said: "So proud to be releasing the trailer of Aadai . Makes me want to watch the film and more than that waiting to see the reaction of the purists . All the best team Aadai #AadaiTrailer."
