It is known that Rakul uses a cigarette in a scene for Manmadhudu2 and it went viral on social media. Rakul has a huge fan following on social media and off course she has lots of hatters too. Haters have started merciless trolling against her after the revelation of her ‘smoking’ character in Manmadhudu2.
“I’m health conscious and I never smoke. Smoking is injurious to health and I’ll campaign against smoking. But, for cinema, as an actor, I’ve to do according to the director’s thoughts. The character Avanthika is very special in the film as well as in my career” Rakul Preet Singh said.
Directed by Rahul Ravindran, Manmadhudu2 has Nagarjuna as the main lead. The film is slated for release on 9th of August.
