Ace producer in Bollywood has taken a shocking decision, but it is going to be a welcome move. Coming to the actual point, Bollywood producer Karan Johar announces that he is going to share profits with heroines for female centric films.

As of now, the profits sharing theme is continuing with big league heroes only. “Karan Johar will close the gender disparity in actresses’ remuneration” sources revealed. However, some of the big league heroines are demanding equal remuneration for their work.

Meanwhile, some of the big league heroines are already getting good numbers in terms of remuneration. In some cases, heroines are charging more than heroes remuneration, but the cases are very less.
